We are looking for a Production Technician to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for assembly and integration of mechanical and/or electrical components. If you are someone who is a highly motivated team player who is willing to support a fast paced team environment and detail oriented self starter with minimal oversight then this role is for you. This role will also require travel to Seattle, WA and Denver, CO for the first year.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assemble EagleEye AR headset optical components, displays, and subassemblies based on detailed blueprints and schematics Use hand and power tools to build, calibrate, and maintain both mechanical and electrical systems with strong ESD practices Interpret equipment test results and work with integrators to support validation, develop test procedures, and perform root cause analysis on manufacturing issues Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, calibration services, test results, and quality control issues Integrate various subsystems and components to ensure proper communication and system compatibility while adhering to safety protocols Implement best practices in electronic component handling, packaging, and storage while upholding rigorous quality standardsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of manufacturing experience in aerospace, electronics, or medical industries with strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills Experience withPCBA/CCA
handling, subassembly building, soldering, and calibration using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters Ability to read wiring diagrams, follow detailed assembly instructions, and load or verify software Proficient with hand and power tools including pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, depth micrometers, and specialized test equipment Strong understanding of Electrostatic Discharge best practices and adherence to safety protocols Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to rapidly adapt in a fast-paced environment Be willing to travel as needed for project assignments and maintain flexibility, holding a valid driver's license Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled information or facilities US Hourly Range Production Technician/Level 1: $23- $34/hour Production Technician/Level 2: $25
