Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30
PM Pay Rate:
$21.00 - $25.50 per hour
Status:
Temp-to-Perm with potential for permanent placement
Overtime:
Mandatory Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain a variety of precision tools including sanders, grinders, mills, saws, and measurement equipment to ensure adherence to customer specifications. Handle and load ceramic powder into elastomeric tooling, preparing semi-densified parts for further processing. Follow detailed in-house work instructions while strictly observing safety and quality standards. Assist in diverse tasks across different shop areas, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. Receive training in powder handling, including loading elastomeric tooling with ceramic powder, and in the joining of metal and ceramic materials using soldering techniques. Support manufacturing processes by preparing and assembling parts of various sizes and shapes with precision.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably and safely. Demonstrated aptitude for learning and performing multiple production tasks. Experience with power tools and hand tools. Pay Details:
