Job Purpose and Impact The Process Operator II will operate, perform maintenance and troubleshoot a series of machines and equipment with interaction of several process variables to produce product with broad knowledge of policies and procedures and regular guidance. In this role, you will maximize throughput and produce quality product while following all food safety and regulatory polices.

Compensation:
$22.00/hr.
Shift Differential:
$0.60/hr Key Accountabilities Operate mobile powered equipment (i.e. forklift, skid loader, sit down floor sweeper, front end loader). Learn operating procedures, receives input from peers and may provide feedback on clarity and effectiveness of guidance, including procedure documentation to pursue continuous improvement of facility operation. Use hand and power tools to perform preventative and autonomous maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues, escalating complex machine issues. Monitor equipment, operate control, process samples, adjust machine processes using selectivity and judgement and utilize computer systems to input and record data. Set up and operate control systems for a series of machines requiring interaction of several variables. Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Be 18 years or older Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) Basic computer skills Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above) Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance notice Have experience operating forklifts and/or similar equipment 1 year experience working in a production or plant environment We will provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
