Full Job Description Job Title:
Manufacturing Process Technician Job Description The Manufacturing Process Technician I prepares and packages supplies to support the production build plan and forecasted demand. This role assists in overseeing production activities to ensure that all operations comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs), current GMPs, QSR, GTP, ISO standards, and internal company procedures. The technician works closely with the production team in a cleanroom environment to maintain accurate documentation, support inventory control, and uphold high quality and safety standards. 1st
Shift Schedule:
6:00am to 2:30pm. Responsibilities Support formulation and build of products according to established procedures and quality standards. Prepare and verify components to ensure accuracy and readiness for production. Follow SOP requirements for cleaning, labeling, and sealing processed units to maintain product integrity. Support ERP material movements and ensure all material transactions are completed accurately and on time. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain regulatory and quality compliance. Properly transfer and stock supplies for controlled areas such as autoclaves, cleanrooms, and quality areas, including completing system transactions for inventory control. Assist with final packaging activities, including kitting and prepping lots for shipment or further processing. Assist with main cleanroom activities as required to support daily production operations. Organize delivered gowning supplies from approved vendors and stock gowning items in the Gowning Room. Assist in performing wastewater treatment processes to ensure proper disposal in accordance with guidelines. Assist with daily general cleaning of the production and cleanroom areas to maintain a safe and orderly environment. Perform other job-related duties as assigned to support production and facility needs. Essential Skills High school diploma or equivalent. 1 to 3 years of experience working in a cleanroom environment, preferably within the medical device industry. Experience with documentation and paperwork, including accurate completion of production and inventory records. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks that may involve regular lifting and bending. Ability to follow SOPs, GMPs, QSR, GTP, ISO standards, and internal procedures consistently. Comfort working in a cleanroom setting with strict gowning and cleanliness requirements. Basic familiarity with production and packaging processes in a regulated environment. Ability to work respectfully and professionally as part of a small team. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working with medical devices or in a regulated manufacturing environment. Exposure to ERP systems for material movement and inventory transactions. Attention to detail in handling components, labeling, and sealing of processed units. Ability to manage and organize gowning supplies and other controlled materials. Willingness to perform wastewater treatment tasks following established procedures. Strong sense of cleanliness and organization in support of cleanroom operations. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
