Job Summary Spectrum Scientific is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Support Technician to assist with daily manufacturing and production operations. This entry-level, part-time position involves a variety of hands-on support tasks, including material cleaning, organization, and general shop assistance. Flexible scheduling is available, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain practical experience in a technical manufacturing environment. Duties Perform general support tasks and assist with day-to-day operational needs across the organization. Assist with production activities including handling raw materials, components, and finished goods. Support basic assembly, inspection, cleaning, and packaging processes. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with company procedures and safety standards. Follow documented procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements. Work collaboratively with team members to help meet production schedules and operational goals. Experience Previous manufacturing or hands-on work experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively Ability to work well with others and staying organized in a fast-paced setting
