Description Job Summary This role supports day‑to‑day manufacturing operations by working closely with engineers on setup, calibration, testing, and process improvement. The position involves hands‑on production work, data analysis, and assisting with experiments to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality. The ideal candidate is trainable, dependable, and interested in long‑term growth. Key Responsibilities Support all manufacturing operations across parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies Partner with engineers on: Equipment setup and calibration Process experiments and continuous improvement initiatives Perform rework, inspections, and quality testing on manufactured products Use advanced software/programs to: Collect and analyze operating data Make real‑time (on‑line) adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment Assist in developing and refining manufacturing methods and procedures Help control, modify, and improve manufacturing processes to meet quality and performance standards Qualifications & Skills Ability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies (trainability is key) Strong attention to detail and interest in manufacturing and engineering environments Comfortable working in a hands‑on production setting Basic experience with hand tools is a plus, including: Assembly Bonding Soldering Prior manufacturing or technician experience is beneficial but not required Looking for candidates interested in stability and long‑term employment Work Schedule 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off) Skills Production, Assembly, epoxy, chemical mixing Top Skills Details Production,Assembly,epoxy,chemical mixing Additional Skills & Qualifications Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
