Key ResponsibilitiesSupport all manufacturing operations across parts, components, subassemblies, and final assembliesPartner with engineers on:
Equipment setup and calibrationProcess experiments and continuous improvement initiativesPerform rework, inspections, and quality testing on manufactured productsUse advanced software/programs to:
Collect and analyze operating dataMake real‑time (on‑line) adjustments to products, instruments, or equipmentAssist in developing and refining manufacturing methods and proceduresHelp control, modify, and improve manufacturing processes to meet quality and performance standardsQualifications & SkillsAbility and willingness to learn new processes and technologies (trainability is key)Strong attention to detail and interest in manufacturing and engineering environmentsComfortable working in a hands‑on production settingBasic experience with hand tools is a plus, including:

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
