PROLIM is seeking Manufacturing Technician 2 professionals to support Northrop Grumman's Speargun Program in Oxnard, California. This is an onsite opportunity for hands-on technicians with mechanical assembly skills, familiarity with hand tools, and the ability to read basic mechanical drawings. Candidates with aerospace manufacturing, cleanroom assembly, adhesive application, and mechanical component assembly experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Perform manufacturing operations involving parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Assist engineers with equipment setup, calibration, and manufacturing process activities. Perform rework, quality testing, and inspections to ensure product quality. Collect and evaluate operating data and make adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment as required. Support the development and improvement of manufacturing methods and procedures. Assist engineers with manufacturing experiments and process evaluations. Follow established manufacturing procedures, safety practices, and 5S principles. Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality requirements. Required Qualifications 1-2 years of relevant manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience. Strong working knowledge of mechanical hand tools, including wrenches, ratchets, sockets, and hex bits. Ability to read and understand basic mechanical drawings. Good understanding of 5S principles in a mechanical assembly environment. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment. Must be a U.S. citizen. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with aerospace components or assemblies. Experience working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Knowledge of professional-grade adhesives, including two-part epoxies, mixing in fume hoods, and masking. Experience operating large gantry-style overhead cranes. Familiarity with computer-based training, timekeeping systems, and electronic work instructions.

100% onsite in Oxnard, CA.

Shift:

First shift (9/80A), with flexibility to work second shift (9/80B) if required.
