Make sure that the correct drums & divider belts are being used, if not inform your supervisor/lead. Remove any out of spec dough balls and place in designated work in process bin

• if dough balls are contaminated remove and discard in dough waste bin
• stop line and clear jams if /when necessary. If divider not working properly, stop the unit and inform shift lead immediately. Always keep Safety in mind
• be familiar with location of all emergency stops
• safety switches.

Assist with the weighing of the dough balls when/if instructed by shift lead. Complies with all Company processes/standards/policies. Responsible for the manufacture of safe, legal, and quality product. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Compensation Range:

$14.57

• $21.86 per hour
• Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
• Ranges reflect what employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.
