Job Description
Manufacturing Technician

Shift:
Monday to Friday- 1st shift, 5am
- 1:30pm
Responsibilities:
Vacuuming material chip debris to optimize machine functionality Milling of cubes to verify machining accuracy and quality Routine maintenance of milling spindle assembly and air regulators Maintaining blank holder assembly Tooling changes, and equipment calibration Documentation and reporting of machining faults and error codes Preventive maintenance of 3D print equipment according to training documents Assist with deliveries and Inventory Management of warehouse and supporting equipment Assists and serves as back up to other Facilities employees Weekly functions include, but are not limited to mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, washing, polishing and dusting floors, carpet, walls, windows, and doors; trash and recycling removal; cleaning restrooms; stairwells, offices and other areas as required. Performs routine facility and equipment maintenance and other duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibilities:
None Skills and Abilities:
Exeperience in IT or with computer troubleshooting is preferred Ability to use basic hand tools Good verbal and written communication skills, with ability to receive and respond to work assignments in both formats. Read, comprehend, and work from plans and operating instructions. Follow oral and written instructions; maintain cooperative working relationships; demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for a diverse population. Detail orientation with a mindset towards meeting the Facilities standards for maintenance. Demonstrated time management skills and including multi-tasking. Works independently with limited supervision.
