What really sets us apart is that we do all the crafting, baking, freezing and packaging ourselves. We carry three families of products: (1) Brioche; (2) Croissants; (3) Frozen Desserts, all dedicated to excellence and quality for Retail and Food Service. Our products are either made in France or manufactured at our facility in Richmond, California. Job Description The Production Operator's primary responsibility will be managing quality and safety standards of food products and food manufacturing. Key Responsibilities & Reporting Lines The role of the Production Operator will be to work closely with Production operators, Production Supervisors and Production Quality Assurance Technicians to achieve our goals and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual tasks safely and effectively Ability to lift heavy loads and transfer them manually Adheres to the highest standards of company regarding quality and safety standards (programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations) Follow quality and food safety standards Follow production process and work instructions Maintain a clean workstation and production floor during and after production Remove products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations Report and alert any issues to Supervisor on duty Ability to be trained and operate on production equipment Cover colleagues during breaks and absences with good communication Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time
Essential Skills and Requirements:
Must be able to read and write in English, Spanish a plus Follow instructions High level of maturity Good communication skills Must be flexible to work (possibility to work overtime / 12 hours per shift / 6 days per week)

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Regular exposure to a manufacturing environment, including variable or extreme temperatures (freezers, proofers, ovens), moving mechanical equipment, and food ingredients/allergens. Required use of PPE such as hairnets, beard nets (if applicable), safety shoes, face masks, and other safety equipment, as defined by company policy. This position requires compliance with all company food safety, quality, GMP, and workplace safety policies.
