Full Job Description Job Description:
As a Production Technician, you will play a critical role in our clean room operations. Your primary responsibilities will include pulling supplies, and packing orders. You will work closely with our pharmacists to ensure that all medications are prepared accurately and safely, adhering to strict industry standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Management:
Pull necessary supplies for compounding and production, ensuring all materials are available and in good condition.
Order Packing:
Pack compounded medications and other pharmacy orders for delivery, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and packaged.
Quality Assurance:
Perform quality checks on compounded products to ensure accuracy and sterility.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all compounding activities, including dispense records, logs, and other required documentation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with pharmacists and other pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a patient-centric approach to service.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity and ability to perform precise tasks in a clean room environment.
