Day Shift to Start (6:00 AM-7:00 AM start time)
Overview:
Currently hiring Manufacturing Test Technicians to support the testing and troubleshooting of advanced RF and microwave components used in aerospace, defense, communications, radar, space, electronic warfare, and UAV applications. We are looking to bring on three agency temps initially, with the opportunity for long-term employment based on performance and business needs. If you have hands-on electronics testing experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with an industry leader. Responsibilities Tune, align, troubleshoot, and test microwave components, subsystems, and assemblies Perform preliminary testing, pulse focusing, and environmental testing Assemble and disassemble tubes for testing and repair of returned TWTs Operate electronic test equipment including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power meters Partner with engineers on troubleshooting efforts and new product releases Maintain accurate testing documentation and provide daily status updates Support production schedules while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met Qualifications Experience performing electrical or electronic testing in a manufacturing or lab environment required Hands-on experience using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power meters required Solid understanding of Ohm's Law and basic electronics theory required Strong attention to detail and communication skills required Technical Associate degree or equivalent military electronics training required RF or microwave testing experience is a plus Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a D.O.D. security clearance Why Apply?
