Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:

Assist with composite manufacturing processes, including layup, infusion, and filament winding. Provide technical support for production operations. Operate and maintain equipment to ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections of manufacturing equipment. Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment or processes, implementing solutions as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct inspections of components during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards. Document production processes and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist in training new team members on manufacturing processes and equipment. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Process Improvement:

Provide feedback on manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or technical certifications preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plus but not required.

Technical Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex machinery. Basic understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes. Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical drawings.

Work Ethic and Teamwork:

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
