Position Overview We are seeking a Cabinet Production Technician to join our production team. This role involves hands-on work in cabinet manufacturing, including machining, edgebanding, assembly, and material handling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the production of custom cabinetry and components Operate shop equipment such as panel saws, edgebanders, and CNC machines Perform cabinet assembly, hardware installation, and quality checks Handle materials, including sheet goods and finished parts Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow production schedules and supervisor direction Adhere to safety protocols and proper equipment usage Preferred Qualifications Experience in cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, or millwork Familiarity with CNC machinery or production equipment (HOMAG experience a plus) Ability to read shop drawings and basic measurements Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $22-$27/hour (based on experience) Opportunities for growth within a high-end manufacturing environment Overtime opportunities based on production needs Paid time off and company holidays (eligibility based on tenure) Work Environment Indoor production facility Use of woodworking and manufacturing equipment PPE required where applicable How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief description of your experience.
