Rework Operator

Adecco is hiring a

• detail-driven BGA Rework Technician
• to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you enjoy hands-on electronics repair and working with advanced technology, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work. Monday to Friday 7am to 330pm
• $24 to $30 DOE.
• What You'll Do
• + Remove, replace, and reflow
• BGA components
• on the production line + Analyze
• X-ray images
• to identify shorts or insufficient solder + Perform repairs that meet or exceed workmanship standards + Accurately complete daily logs and required documentation + Properly handle, label, and mark assemblies + Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area + Follow approved repair techniques, safety practices, and security procedures
• What You Bring
• + Ability to read and follow simple instructions, visual aids, and documentation + Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) + Strong attention to detail and quality + Ability to apply common sense to carry out routine instructions + Comfortable working independently and as part of a manufacturing team

• Pay Details:

• $24.
