PM Schedule:
Monday-Friday We are currently hiring Wax Assembly Operators and Wax Injection Operators to join our manufacturing team. These positions support the investment casting manufacturing process and are ideal for candidates with experience in production, assembly, machine operation, manufacturing, or other hands-on environments. We are looking for dependable individuals with strong attention to detail, good hand dexterity, and the ability to work with small parts and production equipment.
WAX ASSEMBLY
OPERATORResponsibilities Assemble wax patterns and components used in the investment casting process. Handle and assemble small components with precision and attention to detail. Follow work instructions, production specifications, and quality procedures. Inspect completed wax assemblies for defects, damage, or inconsistencies. Ensure components are properly aligned and assembled according to specifications. Perform basic trimming, finishing, and preparation of wax components as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Meet production goals while maintaining consistent quality. Use hand tools and production equipment as required. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, fabrication, or hands-on work preferred. Good hand dexterity and ability to work with small parts. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately. Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production procedures. Ability to inspect parts and identify defects. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Manufacturing or investment casting experience is a plus. •
WAX INJECTION OPERATOR
Responsibilities Operate and monitor wax injection equipment used to produce wax patterns and components. Load materials and operate equipment according to established production procedures. Monitor machine operation and production conditions to ensure consistent output. Inspect completed wax parts for defects, dimensional issues, or other quality concerns. Follow production specifications, work instructions, and quality standards. Perform basic machine adjustments and communicate equipment issues when necessary. Maintain production records and documentation as required. Keep machines, tools, and work areas clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing requirements. Meet production targets while maintaining product quality. Qualifications Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator, or Injection Molding Operator preferred. Experience operating or monitoring production machinery. Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine operation procedures. Strong attention to detail and quality awareness. Ability to identify defects and production issues. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Investment casting or wax injection experience is a plus.
