Full Time Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Efficiency Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Efficiency Technician, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production and process improvement teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Sunday, 2nd Shift (3pm-11:30pm) What's the Job?

Perform daily pre-production walk-throughs of the assigned Value Stream to verify assembly kits and inventory levels. Assist in routing, closing, and completing work orders to ensure smooth production flow. Create and verify "Build Books" for systems prior to assembly, including reviewing drawings and redlines. Support 6S responsibilities by sorting, setting in order, shining, sustaining, and maintaining safety standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while working collaboratively with team members. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required. Experience with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) Operating System preferred. Previous warehousing or manufacturing experience is a plus. Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and MS Office platform. Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods. What's in it for me?
