What It Takes to Get on the Line 1 year of experience in production, packaging, or manufacturing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30-40 lbs. Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team. Basic understanding of GMP or manufacturing processes is a plus. Label, seal, and box finished products for distribution. Inspect products to ensure quality standards and proper packaging . Verify product counts and maintain accurate packaging records . Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Follow all safety guidelines and company policies. Assist with assembly line production and meet daily production goals. Report any product defects or packaging issues to supervisors.
