Manufacturing Technician (1st Shift)
Santa Clara, CA Temporary $32.00 - $33.00/hr Onsite Job Description Ultimate Staffing is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to support product manufacturing, assembly, and testing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This temporary, fully onsite role involves assembling products, performing quality inspections, troubleshooting equipment and processes, supporting prototype builds, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams to ensure on-time production.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks. Conduct quality checks on the functionality of parts and components.
- Collaborating with other departments such as Manufacturing Engineering or Quality to complete builds on time.
- Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.
- Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
- Assist engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures.
Maintain inventory of job materials. Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
Key Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and productivity
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
