Overview EZ Cut Products Inc. has been manufacturing high-performance professional diamond tools for over 30 years. We specialize in the diamond sawing, drilling, and grinding industry, producing professional-grade diamond saw blades and concrete coring bits that are assembled in the United States. As one of the last independent manufacturers in the industry, we take pride in providing fast turnaround times, quality craftsmanship, and excellent customer service. We are a small business that values hard work, attention to detail, and teamwork. This is a full-time position , Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM . Benefits are available after completion of the probationary period. Starting pay is $20 per hour during the initial 30-day probationary period. After 30 days, performance will be reviewed and there is opportunity for a wage increase based on performance, reliability, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Manufacture and assemble diamond saw blades and concrete coring bits Follow production instructions and procedures accurately and consistently Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control Lift and move materials and products up to 50 lbs. Maintain composure and productivity in a fast-paced work environment Assist with packaging, material handling, and other shop duties as needed Experience Manufacturing or production shop experience is a plus, but not required Welding experience is a plus, but not required — all training will be provided on the job Experience working with hand tools, machinery, or hands-on labor is preferred Must be dependable, motivated, and willing to learn Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience working in a production shop environment is a plus but not necessary Mechanically inclined or comfortable working with tools is preferred Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn Able to work in a fast-paced shop environment
