Job Description

2nd shift $18/hr The Termination Operator is responsible for applying and processing conductive termination materials on ceramic capacitors and electronic components produced in the product line. This role supports the manufacturing process by operating termination equipment, ensuring proper coating and curing of terminations, and maintaining product quality according to company and industry standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate equipment used to apply conductive termination materials to ceramic capacitors and electronic components. Load and unload parts into termination machines, plating systems, or coating equipment . Perform visual inspections to ensure proper coverage, alignment, and quality of terminations. Follow detailed work instructions, process specifications, and quality standards . Monitor equipment operation and report any process deviations or equipment issues . Record production data, lot numbers, and process information for traceability and documentation . Maintain proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling procedures when working with electronic components. Assist with cleaning, setup, and routine maintenance of termination equipment. Segregate and report non-conforming materials or defective parts . Support production schedules while maintaining high standards of quality and safety . Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in manufacturing, electronics production, or assembly preferred. Ability to follow detailed instructions and manufacturing procedures . Good manual dexterity for handling small electronic components . Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation . Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Skills Experience in ceramic capacitor manufacturing or electronic component production . Familiarity with coating, plating, or termination processes . Knowledge of ESD-safe handling procedures . Experience working in ISO or quality-controlled manufacturing environments . #LI
