Responsibilities Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure high-quality production output. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets and quality standards. Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure optimal performance. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to adhere to safety and quality protocols. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes. Document and report any issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team. Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in a technical or mechanical role. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training preferred. Required Work Hours The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, adhering to a full-time schedule. The pay range for this position is $25 to $32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
