$19.46- $22.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. At least one or more years of experience in packaging or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry. Strong attention to details and commitment to quality. Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Basic math and grammar skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic mechanical skills and the ability to perform basic routine equipment maintenance. Ability to operate a forklift and successfully pass both a written and driving test. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Availability to work flexible hours in alignment with harvest and production requirements.Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with industrial manufacturing equipment. Experience or exposure to control systems, HMI (Human Machine Interface), and operational dashboards. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.Physical Requirements:
Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; rare stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and frequent fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires the following percentages of time committed to physical activity: 25% or, 50% or more walking, and 50% or more standing. The job is performed under occasional temperature variations and in a manufacturing environment. Unrestricted visual and audio abilities are required for the safety of all employees.
