We're looking for candidates to join our dynamic manufacturing team on our second and third shifts as a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) | Manufacturing Technician Trainee ! This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in PCB manufacturing. As a trainee, you will receive hands-on training to operate, monitor, and maintain the specialized chemical and mechanical equipment used for chemical etching, plating, drilling, and lamination. This position is perfect for individuals eager to start a career in electronics manufacturing, with ample growth potential and comprehensive training to set you up for success.
Shifts:
2nd & 3rd
Duties Equipment Operation:
Learn to set up, operate, and calibrate automated fabrication ,acjomeru
Process Control:
Monitor the physiocal and chemical parameters of the production line to ensure boards are fabricated to exact dessign specifications
Quality Assuracne:
Accurately track production metrics, chemical usage, and machine maintenacne records
Safety and Compliance:
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment, specifically adhering to OSHA standards and handling chemicals/materials properly Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Basic computer literacy for data entry and operating software-driven machinery Basic understanding of PCB design or electronics principles is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn technical/industrial processes Strong attention to detail to adhere to IPC 610 standards Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while maintaining focus on quality standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs) Spanish is a plus, but not required.
