Job Description

Manufacturing Associate - Drug Product Filling Overview We are seeking a detail‑driven Manufacturing Associate to support critical drug product filling operations within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, values patient safety, and thrives in cleanroom, aseptic manufacturing settings. You'll play a hands‑on role in ensuring high‑quality drug products are filled accurately and safely to meet the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities Perform aseptic drug product filling operations, including accurate vial filling and handling of bulk liquid formulations. Execute manufacturing activities in compliance with GMP and pharmaceutical quality standards. Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique to ensure product integrity and patient safety. Operate and monitor filling equipment while maintaining a clean, controlled production environment. Document activities clearly and accurately in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. Partner with cross‑functional teams to support safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations. Required Skills & Experience Hands‑on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or drug product operations. Proven ability to work with bulk liquids and perform vial filling. Strong understanding and application of aseptic techniques. Commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail in a regulated environment. Additional Qualifications Prior experience in a GMP pharmaceutical setting is essential. Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain focus in a cleanroom environment. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and teamwork. Work Environment This position is based in a pharmaceutical production setting that emphasizes safety, quality, and precision. You'll work with advanced manufacturing equipment in a clean, controlled environment where adherence to strict regulatory standards is critical and your contributions directly support the delivery of safe, effective therapies. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vacaville, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
