If you're an experienced technician who takes pride in high-quality engine, transmission, and driveline repairs, this is your chance to join a well-established dealership with strong service volume and a supportive work environment.
Description of the role:
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair complex engine, transmission, driveline, and suspension issues. Perform major repairs including engine replacements, transmission overhauls, and warranty work. Conduct multi-point inspections and identify safety or maintenance concerns. Document work clearly and accurately in accordance with Ford and dealership standards. Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts Department to ensure efficient workflow. Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements:
3+ years of automotive heavy line or powertrain repair experience required. Ford certification or OEM training preferred (but not required). Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Company:
This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production/Productivity. The Flat Rate Range for this position is $25.00 - $70.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related know ledge, and location.
