$17.00•$22.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM•3:30pm (30 min Lunch)
Summer Schedule:

Position Summary The Production Assembly Tech will report to our Head of Manufacturing. You will be responsible for the timely, efficient, and effective operation of all aspects of the physical construction and assembly of our shading solution products. Key Responsibilities Window treatment assembly, including painting of parts as required. Ensures all products, materials, parts, and documentation follow specifications and quality standards. Aids in the control of inventory processes. Able to read and understand job orders. Knowledge and operation of assembly equipment including minor troubleshooting. What We're Looking For A safe and reliable individual with a positive attitude. Able to communicate with a team and accept feedback from co-workers. A general understanding of manufacturing and a willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Able to stand for extended periods of time and flexibility to lean over at waist high table and use back and forth hand motions. Able to lift 5-20 lbs. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
