Job Description
Responsibilities Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work among a specialized Production team to handle production needs when assigned, this includes Handwork, Machine shop, Anodize, Assembly, and Warranty/repairs
- Works with required guidelines to handle liquids and solid wastes per local, state, and federal regulations
- Attends team and company meetings to be able to understand and achieve company/department goals.
- Works with team and Production Specialist to ensure inventory needs are available and do not fall below working needs
- Communicates to Supervisor/ Productions Specialist when hand work machinery is not working efficiently &/or properly
- Works with Warranty/ Repair Specialist Lead to ensure cases are being fulfilled and completed in an efficient and timely manner
- Actively participate in development, implementation, and adherence to best practices and procedures
- Complete daily duties as assigned by Lead/ Supervisor
- Fulfills Universal Production Technician Training guide successfully and in a timely manner
- Other Duties as assigned
Required Skills & Expectations:
- Dexterous with small components, hand tools and simple power tools
- Learn and replicate all necessary handwork processes for current models based on engineering
- Work closely with engineering to determine when, where and how to deburr a part most efficiently and effectively
- Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge
- Maintain a high attention to detail while completing repetitive tasks
- Work safely and efficiently
- Perform basic quality assurance
- Entering data and making Work Order transactions Company implemented computer programs
- Communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues, management, engineers, and others
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
- Team player comfortable working in a fast-paced, variable environment
- Implement continuous improvements and company initiatives Work in a safe, clean and healthy manner that complies with all applicable OSHA standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
