Pay Range:

$46,500.00 to $53,400.00 Job Summary The Production Worker is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by preparing materials, operating basic equipment, and ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards. This role is critical to maintaining production flow, meeting schedules, and supporting team efficiency. Technicians are required to work in a demanding and heat intensive environment. Job Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to the following:

• Experience with general hand and power tools (i.e. drill guns, hammers, screwdrivers)
• Experience in assembling parts with training
• Experience in powder coating and painting is a plus but not required
• Receiving and Shipping
• attention to detail is critical
• Receiving UPS and truck shipments
• checking in and putting away, sorting to correct department
• RF Scanner, Cherry Picker, and Fork Truck
• Experience
• Picking, packing, and shipping daily orders
• Returns processing
• UPS and Fed Ex shipping, LTL, domestic and international

Job Requirements Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Driver's license
• 1-3 years of manufacturingexperience
• Comfortable with order processing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good computer skills/Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
