Shift:

Overnight — 6:00 PM to 6:00

AM Schedule:

3 days on / 4 days off rotation (alternating 36-48 hours per week) Build Materials That Power Modern Technology We are currently hiring overnight Production Technicians to support the manufacturing of materials used in advanced industries, including magnet production. In this role, you'll work with rare earth materials, operate specialized equipment, and help ensure safe, efficient production. What You'll Be Doing Receive and prepare raw materials from the quarry for processing Load machines with product, including occasional heavy lifting Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Monitor gauges, temperatures, and chemical levels to maintain proper operations Record production data and equipment readings using Microsoft Office Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve minor equipment issues Inspect products and equipment to ensure quality standards are met Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment What We're Looking For Experience operating machinery in a production or manufacturing setting Basic mechanical skills with troubleshooting ability Comfortable with physical work, including standing and lifting Strong attention to detail, especially when monitoring processes Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines Comfortable using computers for data entry and documentation Preferred (Not Required) Experience in manufacturing, production, or cleanroom environments Experience in quality inspection or process monitoring Familiarity with chemicals or industrial processes Why This Role Stands Out Work in a modern, high-tech manufacturing facility Gain hands-on experience with advanced production equipment Structured environment with clear expectations Consistent overnight schedule with multiple days off in a row Opportunity for long-term growth in a high-demand industry Work Environment & Schedule Temperature-controlled, clean, and highly automated facility Active role requiring standing and movement throughout the shift Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Wheat Ridge, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
