Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal work instructions in English Ability to accurately complete production and inspection documentation Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or metal finishing experience preferred Experience with electropolishing, passivation, plating, or metal processing is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with quality and productivity goals Preferred Qualifications Experience using quality inspection tools such as micrometers, gauges, microscopes, or similar measuring equipment Ability to identify quality issues and communicate concerns effectively Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings preferred Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail Willingness to work overtime as needed Physical Capabilities Stand and walk continuously throughout the shift Frequently lift and move up to 40 pounds without assistance Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds Ability to climb stairs, reach, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks Ability to safely operate basic material handling equipment Job Duties Perform electropolishing and passivation processes on metal components following established work instructions Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met Identify and report non-conforming materials or production issues Pre-clean, rinse, rack, and un-rack parts for processing Record inspection results and production information accurately Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs Transport materials and work-in-process between production departments Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
