Mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, use of measuring devices, previous manufacturing/factory work experience desirable. Successful candidate will learn to set up machines, select correct gap plates, load and unload machines, operate machines by using correct pressure adjustments, monitor pressure and speed, check product for quality standards, record hourly checks, demonstrate safe work practices and good housekeeping. Training will be provided
