Friday Minimum Qualifications:
2-year technical degree or equivalent experience Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings Experience using measuring instruments Proficiency with SolidWorks Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to support engineering and production operations. The Manufacturing Technician will assist with process improvement, troubleshooting, and development of manufacturing solutions while ensuring quality and efficiency across production.
Responsibilities:
Support manufacturing operations and troubleshoot production challenges Perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements Assist in developing tooling, processes, and work instructions Build prototypes and support low-volume production Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and cross-functional teams Participate in design reviews and risk assessments Execute verification and validation testing Ensure processes follow established documentation and standards
