Job Description
Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing / High-Speed Production) Fort Walton Beach, FL $20-$35/hr (based on experience) $500 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 90 days) Full-Time | Nights / Weekends Required Overview We're looking for a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep a high-volume production facility running at full speed. This is NOT a light-duty role —you'll be working on: Tunnel systems Industrial dryers Ironers / conveyors High-speed production equipment If you can troubleshoot fast, think under pressure, and fix problems the right way the first time , you'll do well here. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair industrial equipment (electrical + mechanical) Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, relays, and control systems Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment Work with: Hydraulics Pneumatics Motors & drives Industrial electrical systems Read and interpret: Electrical schematics Mechanical drawings Use CMMS to track work orders and repairs Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed Support production teams to minimize downtime What We're Looking For REAL industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing environment required) •Hotel / make-ready maintenance need not apply• Strong electrical troubleshooting (low & high voltage) Experience with PLCs & controls Mechanical + hydraulic + pneumatic experience Ability to diagnose issues quickly under pressure Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Electrical knowledge WILL be tested Bonus Experience (Nice to Have) Boiler systems HVAC/R in industrial setting Conveyor / automation systems Military background Navy Nukes Machinist Mates Industrial electricians Why This Job Stands Out High-impact role (what you fix matters immediately) Fast-paced environment (no sitting around) Opportunity to grow into leadership Stable, year-round operation $500 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
