Job Description This role involves performing manual placement of components on circuit card assemblies (CCAs), as well as operating a semi-automatic contact machine that assists with component placement and clinching. Responsibilities include lead trimming, verifying part orientation and identification, and supporting overall CCA production for avionics assemblies. The position requires strong manual dexterity for small-component work, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work under general supervision with minimal instruction while maintaining a team-oriented approach. This is a second-shift role operating on a 4/10 schedule, consisting of 10-hour workdays Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2 AM We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
