What You'll Do:
Perform manufacturing, rework, and quality-testing activities for production parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Partner with engineers on equipment setup, calibration, process experiments, and manufacturing improvements. Use manufacturing programs and operating data to evaluate performance and make on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Follow established manufacturing processes, identify straightforward issues, and escalate complex problems for resolution. Help develop and refine methods and procedures used to control or modify manufacturing processes.What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED. 4+ years of experience in Torque tool, hand, and automated. 4+ years of experience in Soldering.MUST HAVE
J-STD or IPC-610 certificationsWhat Sets You Apart:
Associate Degree. J-Standard and IPC 610 certifications. Ability to use small hand tools. Production experience. Rework experience. Good communication skills. Problem Solving. Teamwork. Good Attention to detail.Additional Information:
