Position Summary:
We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Electrical Production Technician to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates who are mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and interested in growing their technical skills while working closely with engineering, quality, and production teams. Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical and electronic systems, components, subassemblies, wiring, and casings using hand and power tools Support testing and basic troubleshooting of electrical and electronic products following work instructions and engineering guidance Read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, technical documents, and work procedures Assist with continuity, polarity, and other basic electrical tests Record test results and maintain accurate documentation Mark, tag, and track components throughout the production process Perform quality checks on parts and finished products during production Assist with repairs, adjustments, and replacement of components when needed Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality personnel to resolve production issues Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and productivity Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all QHSE and safety procedures Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and follow technical instructions and work procedures Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools Ability to work safely in a production environment following established procedures Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in accordance with company policy Preferred Qualifications Electrical or technical certification IPC-A-610 and/or
IPC/WHMA-A-620
certification Experience working with electrical schematics, diagrams, and bills of materials (BOMs) Familiarity with electrical testing tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes Exposure to power electronic components such as diodes, transistors, and IGBTs 2+ years of related experience in manufacturing, assembly, or electrical production Work Environment Manufacturing and production floor environment Exposure to electrical equipment, noise, and moving machinery Use of PPE required at all times Standing, walking, and repetitive tasks required Why Join Us This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in electrical production and manufacturing while gaining hands-on experience in a team-oriented environment.
