Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM (overtime available and may be required)
Long-Term Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Production Technicians to support the assembly of oil-free compressors. This role involves component preparation, assembly, testing, and quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
Responsibilities:
Assemble parts using bolts, clips, screws, cement, or other methods. Operate tools such as presses and air wrenches for fitting and bonding. Perform mechanical assembly, pressure and functional testing, and material handling. Complete wire harness tasks including crimping, soldering, pinning, sleeving, and labeling. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow company quality standards and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Equivalent experience may be considered. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced setting1-3 years of experience in production assembly, automotive, machine maintenance, or HVAC preferred
