The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with assembly line processes. As a Builder, you will play a crucial role in assembling and fabricating products using both hand and power tools, ensuring that all components meet quality standards and specifications. Duties Assemble and fabricate components according to build of materials and specifications. Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure efficient production flow. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility. Troubleshoot mechanical issues during the assembly process and report any concerns to supervisors. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with accuracy. Reviewing of daily schedule and plan accordingly. Ability to deal constructively with conflict and recognize potential problems. Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company safety processes. Participate in positive work environment. Any and all duties that will lead to the success of the department/company. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the factory environment. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings and schematics. Familiarity with assembly line operations is an advantage. Experience using both hand tools and power tools safely in a production environment.
