Assembly Technician Press Brake Operator CNC Machine Operator Welder (MIG, TIG) Resistance/Spot Welder Paint Preparation Technician Painter / Finisher Grinding and Deburring Technician Cutting and Framing Technician Fabrication Technician What You'll Do Responsibilities vary by department but may include: Reading work instructions, blueprints, and drawings Operating manufacturing equipment and hand tools Fabricating, assembling, welding, finishing, and inspecting metal components Performing quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Working as part of a team to meet production goals Schedule M-TH 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Fri 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM What We're Looking For Manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, machining, welding, or production experience preferred Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials as required Why Join Desapro?
