Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic food production team as a Production Operator and become part of a company committed to excellence where tradition meets innovation, forging a powerful balance between heritage and cutting‑edge progress. As a key member of our production team, you'll contribute to creating quality products in a safe, efficient, and collaborative environment where continuous improvement and innovation are valued. Duties Operate and monitor various machinery and equipment on the production line, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance. Follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food processing and packaging. Maintain cleanliness and perform sanitation of work areas in accordance with the Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOPs). Assist with moving raw materials or finished products from and to the storage areas using pallet jacks or other mechanical tools as needed. Record production data accurately, including quantities produced, machine performance, and quality checks using basic math skills. Support adherence to FDA regulations, food safety protocols, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Requirements and Qualifications Prior experience in food manufacturing. Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and sanitation standards within the food industry. Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues quickly and effectively. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory tracking and quality control purposes. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, food safety and quality assurance. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment. • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
