Job Description

The Line Tech. is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers, internal and external. Utilize in-depth knowledge base to provide safe and proper ground handling of aircraft. Communicate effectively with pilots, customers, and team members. Please note this job description below is not designed as a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position. Duties, Responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice. Duties and Responsibilities Aircraft parking, fueling, movement, and storage. Ancillary services, lavatory, potable water, ground power, oil, nitrogen, oxygen, tire filling, and catering. Equipment cleaning and upkeep. Aircraft washing and cleaning, inside and out.
Fuel supply:
daily quality control, proper paperwork, and disposal. Daily housekeeping and facility upkeep such as, sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, and removing trash - to include the main facility as well and hangars and outbuildings.
Customer service focused:
promotion of services, upselling fuel, and carrying bags and luggage. Attend, daily, weekly, monthly, and annual meetings. Monitor and communicate via handheld devices, iCom radios, RCA radios, cellular phones, and desk phones. Security and confidentiality minded, escort passengers and pilots while walking or in vehicles. The Line tech is an entry Level Position should possess, at a minimum a High School diploma or GED equivalent. Experience preferred but will train the right candidate. Must posses a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Must pass a criminal background check. The candidate selected must be able to work any shift, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays. A Zero tolerance drug free employer, pre-employment, and subject to random screening. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form Basic Understanding of Computer Applications, Microsoft Suite and Data Entries. Detail Oriented with Attention to Detail Proficient in English language (written and spoken.) Adequate Operating Capability of Computer and Database Systems. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills.
