Job Description

Position Overview:
The Manufacturing-Field Technician is responsible for supporting the production, testing, and installation of electrical control panels and related equipment. This hands-on role involves panel assembly, wiring, labeling, basic testing, and documentation support. The technician will also assist with logistics, including shipping, receiving, and off-site coordination with manufacturing partners. This position plays a key role in ensuring that products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Panel build (mounting and wiring) Assist with shipping and receiving Print wire tags, terminal board tags, and panel tags, as required Off-site manufacturing interface to verify progress, enforce standards, transport parts and prints Basic test and inspection of manufactured equipment (on-site and off-site) Cable assembly (solder and crimp connectors) Collect and prepare documentation for instruction books Field installation, panel modifications/repairs Find ways to contribute to help the Company achieve short and long-term goals What we need you to have: High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to read and understand electrical schematics Basic understanding of electricity Experience Soldering and Crimping Operation of basic hand tools Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook) What we'd love you to have: Two (2) years of professional electrical panel building experience Overhead crane and lift-truck license
