is looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our Winding Department as a Winding Operator. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with machinery, and being part of a team that produces high-quality products used in industrial applications around the world. Whether you are experienced in manufacturing or looking to grow your skills, we provide training and opportunities for advancement through multiple operator levels. What You'll Do Set up and operate flexible shaft winding machines Read production schedules, setup sheets, and work instructions Inspect and measure products to ensure quality standards are met Complete production and quality documentation accurately Troubleshoot minor machine adjustments as needed Record production data, scrap, and downtime information Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals Safely move materials and finished products within the department Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions Basic math and measuring skills Comfortable using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and measuring tapes Strong attention to detail and quality Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs multiple times during a shift Ability to stand for extended periods of time Education High school diploma or GED preferred Growth Opportunities This position includes multiple skill levels (D1-D5), allowing employees to grow their technical skills and advance within the department as they gain experience and demonstrate proficiency. $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
