Production Operations Technician / 2nd Shift The Impact You'll Make We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Operations Technician to join our team in a fast-paced hydraulic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembly of hydraulic pumps and components and ensuring production targets are met with high quality and safety standards This is a 2nd Shift position, with shift hours 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Friday. What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery. Assemble hydraulic pumps. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major problems to maintenance. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times. Record production data and complete required documentation. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
