Role:
Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, staying organized, and contributing to a high-quality finished product? We're looking for a Paint Line Operator who takes pride in producing quality work and supporting efficient production operations. In this hands-on role, you'll identify and prepare components for painting, load and unload products throughout the paint process, inspect finished parts for quality, and ensure materials move efficiently through the paint line. You'll play a key role in maintaining product quality, safety, and workflow across the operation.
Responsibilities :
Correctly identify products and components by customer, part number, and color requirements to ensure accurate processing. Load and unload components and finished products from pallets, carts, conveyors, and paint line equipment. Prepare components for painting by properly hanging parts and applying plugs, grease, masking, and other required materials. Inspect painted products for quality issues such as broken plugs, missing components, paint coverage concerns, or other defects.
Competencies :
Consistently follows safety procedures and demonstrates safe work practices in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrates attention to detail by accurately identifying, preparing, and inspecting products throughout the paint process. Effectively manages time and priorities to maintain production flow and meet scheduling requirements. Works well in a team environment and communicates clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
