$65-80K plus bonus The Manufacturing Support Technician plays a key role in supporting production and engineering processes by creating and maintaining job documentation, build instructions, and job books to ensure efficient and accurate product assembly. This position acts as a bridge between Engineering and Production to clarify drawings, develop assembly instructions, and capture improvements from build processes. The focus is on enhancing communication of work instructions and documentation to streamline production processes. Key responsibilities of the Manufacturing Support Technician include: Developing and updating job books for products and assemblies Creating clear and detailed build instructions with visual aids Serving as a liaison between Engineering and Production to clarify job requirements Maintaining job documentation and updating it with lessons learned from builds Assisting in the development of standard work for repetitive jobs Education & Experience requirements for the Manufacturing Support Technician role: Experience in a manufacturing environment Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and bills of material Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience with creating work instructions and managing documentation
