Responsibilities Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment Perform line setups, changeovers, and basic mechanical adjustments Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and food safety standards Follow GMP, HACCP, and plant safety procedures at all times Record production data, downtime, and quality results accurately Assist with routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas Identify and report equipment issues or safety hazards promptly Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve line efficiency and reduce waste Required Skills Production line operation Food safety and sanitation Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) awareness Machine setup and changeovers Basic mechanical troubleshooting Quality control and inspection Data entry and production reporting Packaging and labeling Understanding of safety protocols (LOTO, PPE)
