Day Monday to Friday•Start times at 5:30 AM or 7:30 AM (8 hour shifts)

Starting at $20.00/hr Atlas Staffing is hiring a Recondition Technician to support a leading manufacturing operation serving the semiconductor industry. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals with a background in automotive mechanics or similar hands-on experience who are eager to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment. Position Overview The Recondition Technician will support the Refurbishment Department by assisting with the cleaning, preparation, and reassembly of electro-mechanical subassemblies plays a key part in ensuring high-quality standards are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean and decontaminate subassemblies in preparation for reassembly. Assist technicians with rebuilding and reassembling parts. Package completed components for shipment. Utilize common hand tools such as sanders, drills, and other shop equipment. Enter labor and parts data into the Epicor system. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. Basic knowledge of wiring, circuit board repair, and soldering. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Commitment to maintaining a strong work ethic and reliability. Physical Requirements Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds independently. Must comply with safety attire requirements, including safety glasses, steel or composite toe shoes, and hearing protection as required. #INDBOI
